Job description
SAP HCM Team Leader w zespole HXM to osoba nadzorująca pracę podległych Specjalistów oraz czynnie uczestnicząca w wybranych projektach. Raportuje bezpośrednio do SAP HXM Managera, w strukturze Zespołu Usług Stałych, Działu Realizacji Usług. Jego celem są efektywne zarządzanie pracą podległych pracowników i dbanie o ich rozwój (30% czasu pracy) oraz realizacja zadań w zespołach projektowych (70% czasu pracy). Wypełnianie powierzonych obowiązków powinno odbywać się zgodnie z wartościami firmy HICRON.
Zakres obowiązków:
70% udział w projektach i 30% zarządzanie zespołem
W ramach zarządzania zespołem będziesz odpowiedzialny/a za:
- Przygotowanie propozycji budżetu zespołu dla Managera (budżet osobowy, podwyżki oraz uwzględniający projekty rozwojowe zespołu), monitorowanie jego realizacji
- Raportowanie wyników oraz wskaźników biznesowych do Managera Zespołu HXM
- Wsparcie akwizycji
- Przypisania projektowe, delegowanie zadań i rozliczanie pracowników z ich wykonania
- Nadzorowanie poprawności raportowania czasów pracy, rozliczanie nadgodzin, planowanie i akceptowanie urlopów oraz delegacji
- Prowadzanie spotkań z pracownikami (indywidualnych i zespołowych), udzielanie informacji zwrotnych, kaskadowanie komunikatów z wyższych poziomów organizacji
- Motywowanie pracowników, budowanie zespołowości i zaangażowania, a także dbanie o ich rozwój (weryfikowanie potrzeb zespołu, wspólne opracowywanie celów rozwojowych, planowanie ścieżek kariery)
- Wsparcie administracyjne (bieżące rozwiązywanie problemów pracowników, pomoc ad-hoc na miejscu w biurze np. zablokowany komputer, rozliczenie delegacji)
- Udział w procesie rekrutacji i onboarding nowych pracowników
- Realizacja wsparcia HCM i uczestnictwo w projektach wdrożeniowych
- Monitorowanie zmian oraz nowych rozwiązań wprowadzanych przez SAP
- Inne działania zlecone przez Managera lub wynikające z bieżących potrzeb innych Działów
Wymagania
- Znajomość SAP HCM, a także rozwiązań SAP i procesów biznesowych z obszaru HR
- Umiejętność obsługi narzędzi MS 365
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie bardzo dobrym
- Umiejętność obsługi systemów HSD i CATS
- Znajomość podstaw prawa pracy
- Komunikatywność, samodzielność oraz umiejętność pracy w zespole
- Umiejętności planowania oraz myślenia analitycznego
