Job description
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant w Hicron odpowiada za realizację projektów wdrożeniowych SAP SuccessFactors, konfigurację systemu zgodnie z wymaganiami klienta oraz aktywne wsparcie w trakcie uruchamiania nowych rozwiązań. Odpowiada za samodzielne wykonywanie zadań oraz wsparcie klientów w rozwoju systemu.
Opportunities We Offer
- Participation in full SAP SuccessFactors implementation cycles for international clients
- Opportunity to develop competencies in project management and client relationships
- Support in further developing competencies in SAP SuccessFactors and project management methodologies
- Development of knowledge in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other systems
- Flexible work mode – remote, hybrid, or from the office – occasional business trips (10-20% per year)
Competencies We are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
- Knowledge of Compensation module
- Practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors module configuration and integration
- Knowledge of HR processes and related HR issues
- Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work with clients and conduct workshops and training sessions
- Very good knowledge of English to communicate freely in an international environment
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Experience in leading SAP SuccessFactors projects as a consultant
- Experience in implementation projects using SAP S/4Hana
- Knowledge of additional SAP SuccessFactors modules or SAP Cloud Platform
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications
- Knowledge of the German language
