SAP Enterprise Architect (f/m/x)
Job description
The SAP Enterprise Architect at Hicron is responsible for designing cohesive solution architectures and overseeing their implementation in complex SAP projects. The role combines strategic advisory with presales activities, ensuring solution feasibility, cross-stream integration, and alignment between technology and the customer’s business objectives. The Enterprise Architect collaborates with customers, Project Managers, and consulting teams, supporting key project decisions.
Your challenges
Oversee SAP implementation projects in a role of Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect: lead the development of architecture models that respond to critical business needs, review deliverables, quality assurance, scope management, communication management, supporting high level solution design and implementation strategy.
- Take part in discovery projects to build digital transformation strategy, develop SAP based as-is and to-be architectural models, lead other consultants to deliver SAP-based enterprise architecture and digital strategy projects
- Support presales activities: technical proposal and budget preparation, verify proposed project methodology, support schedule and deliverables definition, support client presentation
- Develop relationship with the customer’s executive management
- Advice on system-related options, risks, costs vs. benefits
- Act as a trusted advisor for the client in the area of enterprise architecture
- Interact with business stakeholders to align IT strategy with business priorities
- Develop knowledge of emerging technologies, new SAP products and share it with internal consultants as well as the client
Our requirements
- Long term experience with SAP implementations (>10 years)
- SAP consulting background
- Strong communication skills, time-management and organizational skills
- High problem solving skills using a structured thinking process
- Very good understanding of general SAP Logistics or SAP Financial area
- Very good understanding of data gathering techniques, business requirements management, and interaction with stakeholders’
- Very good understanding of SAP projects methodologies and best practices
- Experience working independently with the client (conducting workshops and meetings with the client, running demos, presenting applications architecture concepts to clients)
- Fluent English language
