Marketing Manager (DACH region)
Job description

To strengthen our Marketing team, we are currently looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who will play a key role in building marketing strategy in the DACH region and contributing to our business growth.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy tailored to the DACH market, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives and standards
- Plan, execute, and measure demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive new business leads
- Manage and expand our online presence (website, social media, SEO/SEA, content marketing) to position our SAP expertise internationally
- Create compelling content (whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, webinars, event materials) suited for a multicultural audience
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and Consulting to optimize lead generation and conversion rates
- Monitor key marketing KPIs, handle budgeting, and report regularly to senior management
- Organize and manage regional and global events, including trade fairs, partner conferences, and customer workshops
- Foster relationships with SAP Marketing teams and partner agencies to ensure joint initiatives and co-branding
- Detect trends, analyze competitors internationally, and recommend innovative strategies
Competencies we’re looking for
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Several years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in IT, software, or SAP consulting
- Proven track record in demand generation, lead funnel management, and performance-driven digital marketing
- Strategic thinker with strong hands-on skills and adaptability to international contexts
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP CRM), and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1); other languages are a plus
- Structured, proactive approach and intercultural competence
